Stayed one night here. The room was clean, modern and big. The bar wasn't my type of place to hang out so we didn't go to it but the hotel itself, the accommodation part was great. The cafe over the road serves great food and amazing warm cheese scones
We’d just moved to the area and needed somewhere to stay before our furniture arrived. The Vine was just a short walk from our new home — the room was spotless and really comfy. Perfect for a one-night stay!
Only had a drink there but has a good choice of beers and lagers. It's dog friendly with loads of outside seating.
Went for Sunday carvery normally you help yourself but with this one the girl dishes out what you want. My husband only likes certain veg so asked for a bit more cauliflower cheese and she wouldn't give him a little more which I found bizarre! The food was lovely and hot and the meat was very nice and you got plenty. We had to queue for quite a bit as it was very busy need more people serving. Also the childs meal says suitable for 3 to 11 was served in a very small cereal bowl if I gave it to my 6 year old granddaughter she would of cried, for £6.95 I would of expected a smaller plate than the adults but not a bowl . We would return for the adults meal but wouldn't recommend if you have kids .
Stunning, our room was very large & brilliantly set-out the bathroom was enormous, the bed was king size & very comfortable. Their was tea/coffee making facilities & the room its self was very quiet. The Bar/Hotel Staff where fantastic & let us have the room early with no extra cost (don't rely on that always being the case) and we couldn't find a single fault with anything. We have already re-booked for the Christmas period & wouldn't hesitate recommending the Vine Hotel to anyone.
What a superb place. Lovely outside sunny seating area. Great prices. Even better karaoke on a Monday afternoon
The Vine is an ideal location with free parking for hotel residents. 10 mins drive to both Skegness for a full on day at the seaside, or the beautiful, serene Moggs eye beach. The staff at The Vine could not be more accommodating and they have some great entertainment on too.
Had a very noisy room, directly above the bar/ karaoke the room was lovely, i would stay again but would request a different room
